    NACafe: Making Meals Better

    Each season brings in new waves of ingredients & trending dishes for you to try. This fall, NACafe is bringing you an entirely new menu full of heart healthy, festive cuisine that you & the family will LOVE!

    Our Food & Beverage Director, Kenneth Therrien and NACafe Chef, Selena Brown, have worked alongside our trusted registered dietitians to bring you an exquisite new menu that has something for everyone. They shopped locally for fresh ingredients, followed the trends & worked hard to make sure you fulfill your hunger with a dish worth taking about.

    A few of our new items include: Garden Bagel, Power Up Skillet, Avocado BLT, Fajita Bowl, Beet Salad, Thank Gouda, Prime Rib Panini, Unami Wrap & more!

    These hearty meals will be available for you to try by the end of October!

    Garden Bagel


    Garden Cream Cheese, Cucumbers, Tomato, Romaine Lettuce, Red Onion, Alfalfa Sprouts

    Power Up Skillet


     Quinoa, Seasoned Potatoes, Choice of Meat, Choice of two Vegetables and topped with an Egg your way

    Avocado BLT


    On Whole Wheat Toast with Herb Avocado Mousse


    Fajita Bowl


    Peppers, Caramelized Onions, Black Beans, Corn, Fresh Tomato and Avocado Crème

    Beet Salad


    Apple, Crushed Walnuts, Goat Cheese, Roasted Shallot Vinaigrette


    Thank Gouda


    Smoked Gouda, Roast Turkey, Cranberry Mustard, Bacon, Fresh Spinach

    Prime Rib Panini


    Melted Swiss, Power Coleslaw, Thousand Island and Shaved Medium Rare Prime Rib

    Unami Wrap


    Roasted Mushrooms, Fresh Spinach, Balsamic Grilled Red Onion, Tomato, Herb Mayonnaise
