- Why did you choose to become a Chef?
I fell in love with food and creating dishes…it’s art to me. I like the fast-paced environment and I finally found something that I love and do well. I’m very passionate about cooking.

- What is your favorite food to eat?
Junk food, chocolate and veggies. I know, strange!
- Describe the perfect dinner.
I love sushi...and cake!
- What inspires you when making a menu?
People inspire me. I like to make people happy. If I can make one person smile a day, I feel like I did my job.
